LIFE MEMBERSHIP in the OVMS is capped at 1000 members.  To be eligible, you must be a member of the Society in good standing for five (5) years, 21 years of age or older with no criminal record.  If you would like to become a life member, submit an application (an updated application form will be linked here shortly).  No payment will be collected at this time.  As vacancies become available, eligible applicants will be notified.

A word regarding Table cancellations and roll overs.  We understand circumstances arise that require cancellation of tables. With that we are happy to roll over paid tables for one year only. If you cancelled before the deadline we can issue a refund, if you missed the deadline you are only eligible for the One time roll over. If you cancel the next show you are not eligible for a refund.  Roll overs regardless will be for one year only.

Starting 2025 all show tables confirmed must be paid in full by a designated deadline. Wilmington tables 30 days prior, SOS and Max 60 days prior or designated date. The 2025 SOS confirmed tables must be paid in full by Jan 1,2025.

this also includes membership dues for dealers and all helpers. If they have not paid their dues by the deadline, we will drop them from the application and they will not be permitted to be added later.

these rules are to facilitate a smoother entry and preparation for the show. We have printing deadlines and people are waiting to get tables.
