Exhibitor Move-In: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
OVMS Members*: 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm
*Memberships are available at the door

| Friday February 19 |
Exhibitors: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
OVMS Members & Public: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

| Saturday February 20 |
Exhibitors: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
OVMS Members & Public: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

| Sunday February 21 |
Exhibitor Move-Out Day starts at 9:00 am. Dealers should be out of the hall by no later than 5 pm.
OVMS Members admitted until 12:00 noon.

Please Note: Exhibitors are required to keep their tables completely set-up and open for business until 3:00 pm Saturday, at which time they may begin the process of packing up. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the loss of the tables, and the exhibitor is placed at the end of the waiting list line to regain SOS and MAX tables.
