Wednesday Sept. 16 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Exhibitor packets available for pick-up ONLY,
No Wednesday dealer merchandise drop-off.
Thursday Sept. 17 8:00 am to noon Exhibitor move-in. Dealers & helpers only
Noon to 5:00 pm OVMS members, dealers & helpers only
Friday Sept. 18 8:30 am to 9:00 am Dealers & helpers only
9:00 am to 5:00 pm Show opens to OVMS members & the public
Saturday Sept. 19 8:30 am to 9:00 am Dealers & helpers only
9:00 am to 4:00 pm Show opens to OVMS members & the public
Dealers may not pack-up until 4:00 pm
Sunday Sept. 20 9:00 am to noon Exhibitor move-out
Dealers, helpers & OVMS members only
Noon and beyond Hall open to dealers and helpers only
Please Note: Exhibitors are required to keep their tables completely set-up and open for business until 4:00 pm Saturday, at which time they may begin the process of packing up. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the loss of your table location, and the exhibitor is placed at the end of the waiting list with possible loss of your MAX Show tables.
