If you want to get on the waiting list to take advantage of any cancellations that may open one or two up, download the reservation form and send it in as quickly as possible.

Table Prices:
OVMS Members - $105 per aisle table, $125 per wall table
Wall tables and end caps are 6 foot in length. Isle tables are 8 feet
*Remember, the OVMS requires that all exhibitors and their helpers must be active OVMS members in good standing. This does not apply to spouses and minor children.

Table application: must be signed and submitted to rent a table or get on the waiting list. deadlines: if you cancel 30 days prior to the show you are entitled to refund, cancellations within 30 days of the show may qualify for a one year roll over. No shows with no notification will not be allowed to rent tables at any show.
