Get a Table at the Wilmington Show



Tables at the November Wilmington Show are still available. All tables are 8-foot.

Go to the home page and click the link for a table application under the description of the show you wish to attend. You can email, fax or mail your application in. Confirmations will be sent out once you are assigned a table. You can pay any remaining balance at that time. Prices are on the application, wall tables and end caps are 6 foot tables, aisle tables are 8 feet.
Table Prices:
OVMS Members - $60 per aisle table, $75 per wall table.

Remember, the OVMS requires that all exhibitors and their table helpers have a current OVMS membership in good standing before they can reserve tables for all future shows. This does not apply to spouses and minor children.

deadlines: to qualify for a refund, cancellations must be received 30 days prior to the first day of the show. Cancelled tables received within 30 days prior may qualify for a roll over for one year only. No shows who do not call prior to the show will not be allowed to rent tables at any of our shows.
