As of January 15, 2015, if you apply for one or perhaps two tables for the 2015 SOS, there is a good chance that you will be successful!

| For the past 10 years or so the show has always been completely sold-out. Anyone wishing to become an exhibitor at the SOS has needed to put in an application for the 'waiting list', and hope that they get called. This is still true, but a few things have changed that make it much more likely that new applications will be successful. It used to be that spots only opened up after someone else moved on to the great militaria show in the sky. Today, however, the show is about 25% bigger with the addition of the East Hall. In 2016 it will be bigger still when we move into the larger Hall C. |
We also typically have a few last-minute cancellations due to individual circumstances, and these empty tables can either be purchased by nearby sellers to expand their set-ups on the opening day of the show.. OR, they could be YOURS because you got your name in on the waiting list.

Bottom line: Filling out a waiting list application is NOT an act of futility. Even better, having just one table at the 2015 SOS puts you in a good position to expand to a larger set-up when we move to Hall C in 2016. It's worth the small effort - download the form below, fill it out, and send it in! It doesn't even require a deposit.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, as vacancies appear. You may not hear anything right away, but we will make every effort to accommodate as many people as we possibly can. Nothing happens until we have your application, though, so fill it out and send it in today!
