THURSDAY: Exhibitor Move-In: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. OVMS Members*: 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. *Memberships available at the door
FRIDAY: Exhibitors: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. OVMS Members & Public: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
SATURDAY: Exhibitors: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Exhibitors must remain completely set-up and ready to do business until 3:00 p.m.) Members & Public: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SUNDAY: Exhibitors Move-Out & Members until noon
DAILY ADMISSION: Adults: $10.00 (children under 18 free when accompanied by parent or adult) Weekend Pass: $18.00 (Friday & Saturday)
TABLE RESERVATIONS Current dealers have until April 15, 2013 to reserve their same tables for 2014. Any openings that become available after this date will be filled from those on the waiting list. To be placed on the waiting list, print the form (.pdf format), complete, sign, and return the table application form to the address below. DO NOT include payment at this time.
